Frequently Asked Questions
Here, you’ll find answers to some of the most common questions I get about my services.
If there’s something specific you’re wondering about that isn’t covered here, don’t hesitate to get in touch — I’m always happy to help and chat through any details.

Why do I need professional photography?
Professional images help your brand stand out, tell your story clearly, and build trust with your audience. High-quality visuals make your website, social media, and marketing feel cohesive and credible. They can make all the difference when it comes to sales, engagement, and first impressions.
How does remote product photography work?
After a consultation, simply package up and send over your products. Once they arrive, I will style, shoot and edit your images. Once you have confirmed your images, your products will be safely mailed back to you.
Do I need to send anything else?
No, I have a selection of props that can be used to style your products in whichever aesthetic we have discussed in our planning meeting. However, if there is something specific you would like to appear in your images then it can be sent along with your products.
Do I get to choose the style or setup of the shoot?
Yes! Every shoot is bespoke. We’ll chat beforehand about your brand style, mood, props, colours, and anything you’d like to avoid or highlight.
Do you offer monthly content packages?
Yes! We offer everything you might need for a successful month of social media. Choose from images, short videos and text posts. You also get a monthly meeting with me to catch up, see what's working and discuss where we go next.
When do I receive my content?
Content packages make things as stress free as possible, so all of your content will be delivered by the end of the month before it is due to be posted. This way you can go in to the month feeling confident with what you are posting.
Where can I use my images?
You can use your final images across your website, social media, newsletters, and other digital marketing platforms. If you need them for print, packaging or any other uses, let me know and I will make sure that you receive the correct format for the use.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. In general, I require a 50% deposit and then to release your images, the other 50% as a final payment.
If you have a specific budget that you would like to stick to, or need a payment plan to make things a little easier; let me know in our initial consultation and I'll see what I can do.
